Great location in the heart of town, close to train and cableways with an abundance of dining and shopping spots nearby. Rooms are spacious, clean and come with a balcony and sit-out area. Breakfast buffet is excellent with a variety of options. The decor has an alpine family home feel that's charming and modern amenities are available. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay in this city! Best aspects were the hotel's superb location in the city center, super close to the train station and with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was also super friendly and helpful in planning our excursions. The breakfast was convenient and tasty too.

The breakfast was amazing and the lady who helped me was so sweet, she even went to get me a banana when they ran out. The spa and ski room were great extras. My room was cozy and clean with a lovely balcony. highly recommend!

This hotel is a hidden gem right in the center of town, nestled in a traditional building. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money and the attention to detail throughout our stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of. Our room had a lovely balcony with a great view of the Matterhorn, and we especially enjoyed the soaking tub with a view. The breakfast was a true delight, with delicious homemade jams and served with fresh smoothies in adorable small jars.
No improvements needed, everything was just perfect!

Great location, just a short walk from the train station and main road. The rooms were nicely decorated and had a small balcony with a great view. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
No air conditioning in the room during the summer, so it got quite hot. Leaving the windows open for ventilation resulted in noise from the town, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel's location is very convenient for exploring the area. It is close to the train station and also situated on the main street. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is modern and well-equipped. The staff provides excellent service and is very helpful. The breakfast includes a variety of delicious options, such as croissants, yogurt, and fresh fruit.
The view from some of the rooms could be improved, as they face buildings that do not offer much of a sight.
